Subscription Terms

Offer details and free trials

Before purchase, the offer will state its price and currency, billing period, included features, any trial length, and the amount charged when a trial ends. Only plans actually shown in the purchase flow are available. Trial eligibility and restrictions will be disclosed in that offer.

If an auto-renewing App Store trial is offered, it converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled in time. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a renewal charge, subject to Apple's displayed terms. Any different trial or cancellation conditions must be disclosed before purchase.

Automatic renewal and payment

An auto-renewing subscription renews for the selected billing period until canceled. For an App Store purchase, Apple handles payment through your Apple Account. Payment is charged at purchase confirmation, or after the disclosed trial, and renewal may be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends according to Apple's terms.

Only your confirmed purchase authorizes payment. Taxes and other charges will be displayed or applied according to the store and applicable law. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Apple. If another purchase channel becomes available, its payment and cancellation arrangements will be disclosed before purchase.

How to cancel

For App Store subscriptions, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select SagaRun, and choose Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. Manage cancellation through the account and store that billed you. Apple's current instructions are available at https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period; access to a free trial may end immediately upon cancellation under the store's terms.

Deleting SagaRun, signing out, or deleting your SagaRun account does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion must not be used as a substitute for store cancellation.

Refunds and billing questions

For purchases billed by Apple, request any refund through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and the store's rules. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right. Contact us for questions about SagaRun access or features.

Price or plan changes

We may change future subscription prices or offers as permitted by law and store rules. Notice and any required approval will be provided before a change applies to your renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect. A new price does not retroactively change a period already paid for.

Account deletion and related policies

To delete a SagaRun account, open Your account in the app, select Delete account, and verify a linked sign-in method. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and retention. Cancel any subscription separately with your billing provider first if you want future renewals to stop.

The Terms of Service also apply to the app and its content. If a subscription term conflicts with a mandatory legal right or the billing store's applicable purchase terms, those requirements take precedence. We will revise these Terms and their date when the available subscription arrangements change.
