What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small piece of information stored by a website in your browser. It can identify a browser session, keep sign-in state, support security, or remember a preference. First-party cookies are set by the site you visit; third-party cookies are set by another provider. Cookies may expire when a session ends or remain until their configured expiry or until you remove them.

Necessary cookies

SagaRun's website may set a first-party session cookie and an XSRF-TOKEN cookie. They support session continuity, authorized administration, and protection against cross-site request forgery. The session cookie name and lifetime depend on deployment settings; the application default is 120 minutes of inactivity. The security token follows the session configuration.

These cookies support operation and security and are not advertising identifiers. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or protected forms from working. The public policy text does not require you to create an account.

Functionality, performance, and advertising cookies

The current SagaRun marketing website does not set optional language-preference, analytics, or targeting/advertising cookies. Its language is selected through the English and Thai page URLs. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, advertising pixels, or a cookie consent manager on this website.

Server request and error logs may be used for operation and security, as explained in the Privacy Policy; they are separate from tracking cookies. If optional cookies are introduced, we will update this Policy and provide a way to accept, reject, and withdraw consent where required before those cookies are used.

App storage and external services

The native app stores preferences, adventure progress, guest identifiers, and authentication information on your device to provide gameplay and account features. This storage is not a browser advertising cookie. Health permissions and notifications are controlled through device settings.

Following a link to Apple, Google, or another external provider takes you to a service with its own cookie practices. SagaRun does not control those cookies. Review that provider's policy and settings.

How to control cookies and storage

Use your browser settings to inspect, remove, or block cookies. Consult your browser's help for instructions. Blocking necessary cookies can affect secure features; removing a session cookie can sign you out.

Manage the app's permissions through device settings. Removing the app can remove local progress, but it does not delete account data held by our server or cancel a subscription. Use in-app account deletion or contact us for privacy requests.

Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy when cookies, storage, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date shows the current version. Material changes and any required consent will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
